Enable access to the green engineering menu in the MMI [Select] [5F - Information Electr.] [Adaptation - 10] Select Channel 6 and Read change the value from 0 to 1 then Test then Save Reboot the MMI (Press MENU, central MMI knob and top right softkey) To get to the Hidden Menu, press and hold the CAR and MENU buttons for a few seconds.
A setting that might work for someone else does not necessarily work for you. Some things also only work on the older MMI 2G or the newer MMI 3G (see links at the end of this article), mostly the information originates from MMI 2G and Audi A5 unless otherwise mentioned, but it is often relevant for other Audi models and revisions as well.

Fuses are in the luggage compartment fuse box, centre row. Pull fuse 3 'Radio/navigation' fuse (7.5amps), fuse 'Control unit for digital sound system' (30amps) and fuse 5 'MMI' (5 amps). Clearly a software glitch that couldn't be sorted by rebooting the MMI but a power down reboot did the trick. NOTE: This worked for B&O 2G nav MMI can't say it
