Id give my vote to the Beyer's because they're open back, whereas the Astros are closed back. The difference soundstage (how wide the audio feels) is actually pretty massive. I believe there's a version of the Beyer's that are only 80ohms so you wouldn't necessarily need an amp for that. The 250ohm versions would definitely benefit from an amp

The770 is less accurate in the low end due to the closed back design, the 990 doesn't isolate you from the room, so it sounds more natural, and less fatiguing to work with for long periods.
